Thanks for the questions and sorry for the late response.

The persons who divided to work on the same feature or vision attended separate Scrum Events. We argued that having 20 persons in the same room working on different items would mean most of what is discussed is not attractive. Meaning that if four persons were working on a case submitted by HR, they would have a daily with the SME for that case.

Everyone attended demos thought!

I am not sure what you mean by senior folks. Do you mean developers or Subject Matter experts?
