Haha, I laughed out loud after reading the last sentence of the first section. Yes, I agree that beast companies very rarely have princes underneath that appearance. I believe (or hope) that most companies do not start up as beasts but from a good idea and later turn into beasts. I think we want to believe there is a Prince underneath that can be saved.

I agree with you - better to leave as underneath, there is still an unmovable Theory X that doesn't change.

I find it interesting with your interpretation is that Belle accepts the prince for what he is. I always interpreted Belle's role as helping the beast to find himself and evolve his good side.
